Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2025

1. Scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Flowersynk, a B2B platform for the cannabis and hemp supply chain (“Service”). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Flowersynk provides tools for:

  • Managing organizations, products, inventory, and quality control
  • Marketplace features for product listings, bids, and sales
  • Orders, invoicing, and shipments
  • Chat and collaboration between organizations
  • Verification and auditing workflows

The Service is intended for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including regulations governing cannabis and hemp in your jurisdiction. You must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Misrepresent your identity or organization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or systems

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid verification plans (Remote, On-site, On-site+QM) are billed via Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are as described at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding user content), is owned by the operator. You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability limitations) will continue to apply.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Member State in which the operator is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Contact
