The Service, including its design, software, and content (excluding user content), is owned by the operator. You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability limitations) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Member State in which the operator is established. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
