How FlowerSynk works

FlowerSynk is a B2B marketplace for the cannabis and hemp supply chain. Browse listings without an account. To buy, sell, or get verified, register your company and complete a short setup.

Get started

Anyone on the platform belongs to an organization. Products, listings, orders, and chats all sit under that company.

  1. Register with your work email
  2. Confirm the login link we send you
  3. Create your organization — legal name, registration number, address, and compliance standard

If your compliance standard requires it, upload a compliance certificate. FlowerSynk reviews it before granting full marketplace access. CBD-only organizations can skip this step.

For buyers

You can browse the marketplace and company profiles without an account. Once your organization is set up:

  1. Compare listings — strain profile, quantity, price, shipping countries, and the seller’s verification badge
  2. Open a company page — listings, general information, and public files
  3. Ask a question — start a chat with the seller from a listing
  4. Request supplier pre-qualification — ask for their published audit checklist before you buy
  5. Place a bid or buy — auctions take bids; fixed-price listings go through the order flow
  6. Follow the deal through — orders, invoices, and shipments live in one place

Sellers with a verification badge have completed a published checklist. Higher levels mean an independent review, not only a self-assessment.

For sellers

After you create your organization, FlowerSynk walks you through onboarding:

  1. Upload a compliance certificate (if required) — needed for marketplace access after review
  2. Complete organization details — legal identity, address, and public profile
  3. Set tax preferences — invoices and orders use these defaults
  4. Create your first product and SKUs — products describe what you sell; SKUs are pack sizes and prices
  5. Create batches and release them — only released batches can be listed
  6. List a batch on the marketplace — fixed price or auction, quantity limits, dates, and countries
  7. Complete your audit checklist — buyers can request this before they purchase

A listing is always tied to a released batch. Move batches through quality states (ready to testtestingreleased) before they go live.

Get verified

Verification is how buyers judge trust. Choose one path, then publish a checklist as your organization’s official document.

Self-assessment

Fill in an EU-GACP/GMP-aligned questionnaire. The fastest path, and it unlocks a basic trust level.

Independent audit

Request an audit through FlowerSynk. Paid options:

  • Remote verification
  • On-site verification
  • On-site verification plus quality management

Higher packages increase visibility, listing limits, and the trust badge buyers see.

Upload an existing audit

If you already have a third-party supplier qualification or audit report, upload it. We review it and set your trust level from that document.

When a checklist is published, it becomes the document buyers request from your listings. You can share it with specific companies in chat. Publishing a new version keeps access for companies that already had it.

After you are live

  • Buyers browse, chat, request audits, bid, and order
  • Sellers list released batches, answer questions, share verification, and fulfill orders
  • Both sides keep inventory, invoices, and shipments in the same workspace
